Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed on Nov. 11, 2009 by Paula
I LOVE roasted chicken, and have my share of recipes I use on a rotational basis so as not to get bored of the same flavors...but this recipe, by far, is THE BEST ROASTED CHICKEN I HAVE EVER MADE! I changed it up a bit from the original recipe based on other reviewers...I added about a half inch of white wine (I used a Pinot Grigio) to the bottom of the pan, and I added celery salt generously over the whole chicken and omitted the onion salt and added garlic powder. A favorite from this day forth!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed on Oct. 26, 2009 by Christina
My only comment is to reduce heat of oven to 350 degrees and to only bake on top rack b/c cookies can burn on the bottom rack at 400 degrees.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed on Oct. 9, 2009 by Christina
This recipie is very easy to make and stretches far. My husband is always requesting it, it is definately one of his favorites. The only thing I can is garnish the top with the baked tortia chips along with chopped avocado, it really adds something! Enjoy... :)
