Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Reviewed on Jul. 7, 2008 by TrishDish
I had really high hopes for this pizza, and was seriously disappointed. I followed the advice of others, and baked the crust for about 15 minutes prior to putting the toppings on, and it still turned out gooey and not quite "crispy". The diced tomatoes make the crust sort of gummy and there is really no way to drain them enough to prevent this from happening. I guess if I were to make it again, I'd eliminate the diced tomatoes and just use a little sauce.

These are very light and wonderful...I used Splenda for baking, and they still came out marvelous.

Corn Dog Muffins

These were pretty good, I diced up the hotdogs and used turkey dogs for a bit less fat. The kids definitely loved them!
