This recipe was fun and easy! I had never made fudge before and I had no problem. I did follow other's adjustments and used the 3 cups of powdered sugar version. I can see how others would have problems with the sugar getting "pebbly" but after a minute or so with my hand mixer, most of them disappeared. I didn't try this, but possibly if the powdered sugar was sifted it could help with that issue?
All in all, very good recipe. I made it for a co-worker for his birthday and everyone at the office enjoyed it.
