About me:
I'm happily married to a wonderful man and have a new baby boy at home. We have a Boston Terrier named Quincy, and a domestic short haired cat named Ernie. Growing up seeing my mom collecting recipies and watching Julia Child on tv, I never thought I'd grow up loving to cook and bake. But I do! I find it to be relaxing and fun. Unfortunately my husband is a bit on the picky side when it comes to food, but I'm working on him! :)

Parmesan Fondue

Reviewed on Dec. 21, 2009 by sarahsarahsarah
FANTASTIC RECIPE!! I made it last night and everyone loved it. it was so simple to make and also much more economical since some of those "stinky cheeses" in typical fondues can be pricey. i served this with bread cubes, apples, pears, grape tomatoes, blanched broccoli and carrots. the bread went fast, but it was also great with the apples and pears. WILL MAKE AGAIN!

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These were really tasty. I'm not sure if they were supposed to be peeled or not, and my mother-in-law did peel them.
