Gobble Up Granola Snacks

Great recipe! I followed some of the other reviewers idea of 2/3 cup of PB, honey, brown sugar, and raisins. Even hubby said "not bad" which is a high compliment for anything containing oats! Kids age 2 and 4 loved them too!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Very tasty! Didn't have enough chili powder and no hot sauce, so I used ground red pepper. Made a double batch with half bread crumbs and half oatmeal, as suggested. Formed the pattys and froze about 15 min before baking. Froze the left over cooked pattys and reheated for taco salad. Delicious.

Carrot Oatmeal Muffins

I made this with my 4 year old daughter and we both loved it! No need for the cream cheese filling, but it would be great with a cream cheese frosting! We made ours in mini loaf pans and baked for 30+ minutes. Definitely use 1/4 c oil and the rest applesauce, and next time I might not add the coconut. I can't wait to share with my health conscious sister. Delicious!!
