About me:
My boyfriend and I just got our first (tiny) apartment in Yardley, and I am so happy to be there. I work in NY and commute daily, which can sometimes be a lot to handle. My mom is an awesome cook - looking to acquire even half of her talent in the kitchen! I love music, and the beach!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Reviewed on Apr. 11, 2008 by SLIVNILLI
I followed the recipe to the letter and the cookies taste wonderful. The only change i would make is to double the recipe and make much bigger cookies. The teaspoon size is very small and when i thin of these cookies, i picture nice big ones. Other than that these are delicious and get a very pretty golden brown...just don't leave in a minute too long or they get too brown!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed on Feb. 17, 2008 by SLIVNILLI
Easy, delish and beautiful. THe perfect thing for a cocktail party. I even forgot to put in the vanilla and they were still fabulous. I split the recipe and used 1 cp. semi sweet chips and 1/2 cp. cinnamon chips in one batch and for the other batch i used 1 cp semi and 1/2 cp dark chocolate chips. WONDERFUL!

Au Gratin Potatoes II

Reviewed on Feb. 13, 2008 by SLIVNILLI
Pretty darn good! I used cream of mushroom (didn't have the celery) and added cooked bacon. It tasted like a loaded baked potato. A wonderful change from the normal potato side dish. The texture was a little thick - so next time ill thin it out - just a tad - with some milk. I also didn't use the corn flakes - i just didn't feel it needed them.
