Chicken Piccata II

This is absolutely delicious. So simple, yet the flavors explode in your mouth! I have made this recipe twice now, and the boyfriend and I LOVE it! Will become an all-time favorite.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Very delicious. My only suggestion is to cut down on the cheese, I personally love cheese and thought it would melt out a little when it cooked but it didn't and when we ate everything it was just a little over cheesy but still delicious.

Taco Lasagna

All my co-workers loved this! I left out all of the spices, just using the taco seasoning, onions and garlic was enough. Amazing dish!!!!
