Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed on May 11, 2008 by ERIN1YNN
I was trying to find a recipe for a cinnamon & apple side dish, to no avail. Fortunately I came upon this recipe! I used the pie filling as a base as instructed, yet added cinnmamon and a touch of nutmeg. I then added the mix to 8 royal gala apples, chopped, and baked at 400 degrees for 1 hour (mixing every 20min). It came out wonderfully, i can't wait to make the pie!!!

Pretty good, I added chocolate chips and made mine as mini muffins.

Oven Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed on Jun. 2, 2007 by ERIN1YNN
What a great idea. I won't make scrambled eggs any other way! This recipe is so convenient, you can adjust the serving size (I usually make enough for 3...) without fuss and add any extras that you prefer. Pop these babies in the oven and prepare the rest of breakfast! Its so simple.
