Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

Delicious - so quick and easy. Next time I think I will double the spice mixture, mix some with olive oil and slide it under the skin to infuse the meat with more flavor. I roasted my chicken breast-side down and it was very moist.

Taco Seasoning I

The best taco seasoning recipe on this site (in my opinion). I doubled the recipe and the resulting tacos were proclaimed "the best" by the family. Warning, substituting cayenne for crushed red pepper flakes makes this mix even spicier! Delicious!
