Fresh Ginger Cookies

Excellent cookies. Even my mother liked them and she hates ginger cookies. I used McCormick ground ginger instead of fresh grated ginger and they turned out just fine.

Lime Meringue Pie

Had a hard time to get the meringue to get fluffy so I had to resort to an old cook book. Other than that it turned out great and was enjoyed by the whole family.

Garlic Chicken

I will definitely make this again. It's delicious and easy to make. I used store bought minced garlic instead of fresh. Still turned out wonderful without an overpowering garlic taste.

Joanie's Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce

this recipes just didnt look right without good old tomatos.so heres what I did I added tomato puree,sugar, and garlic to joanies recipe.I left everything else the same, I let this cook in the crock on low for a few hrs .as far as the spices go though I added alot more chili powder to give it a little zip,and as it cooked I added spices to my taste yours might be differant than mine.was perfect.my husband loves it.
