Funky Frito Fruckies

Anytime I can find a mixture of salt and chocolate, I jump on it. These cookies/candies are rich but wonderful. If you are not a big fan of chocolate, or want these a little less sweet, leave the chocolate off.

First you whip up the batter for the cookies that 's made with evaporated milk, butter, sugar, cocoa and a few other delicious ingredients. Drop the dough onto cookie sheets, bake, and slather the cookies with the marshmallow mixture.

Sweet, chocolaty, crunchy, and down-right decadent, this pie is sure to please all. Corn syrup, butter, and sugar are first melted, and then eggs, bourbon, vanilla and salt are combined in a bowl and whisked along with the heated sugar mixture. Then the chocolate and pecans are mixed into the filling that 's then poured into the pie shell.

This pumpkin pie recipe uses melted ice cream instead of evaporated milk. The result is delicious. I have never brought home leftovers of this pie. I recommend using fresh pumpkin, but canned pumpkin can also be used.
