I really enjoyed this dish. I didnt add the butter because i tried to make a healthier version without it. It still came out great. I also added a few more spiced to pump up the heat. It goes perfect served over steamed rice and corn on the cob for a complete meal.

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa

This was really yummy. Instead of the oil I added a little lime juice. I also used regular diced tomatoes because the Italian style was too much like a sauce.

Spinach, Red Lentil, and Bean Curry

This was a really good and healthy recipe. I didnt add the oil but it came out fine. I also added some corn into the mix that gave a nice sweetness in the background.

Ron's Grilled Shrimp

This was a really great recipe. I'm always trying to find new ways to use up shrimp and this was definetly a crowd pleaser. I served the shrimp with rice and corn on the cob. It was a perfect way to kick off the summer.

Fabulous Fajitas

this was a really great recipe. the only thing i added was a little ground red pepper for some heat. try using different meats like leftover turkey. it works really well. salsa and sour cream are the perfect condiments.

Black Bean Chili

If you love black beans and a thick chilli then you'll love this recipe. it was perfect and the leftovers were even better! i added more corn and a little bit more spice.

This was a prett good dish. I added more soy sauce and vinegar. You can deffinetly build on this recipe so it fits to your liking. overall, a great dish.

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

This was a very good mean. It was so easy to prepare and put together. The only thing I did different was steamed up some cabbage leaves so it wouldnt be as messy to eat. I also added soy sauce to the rice while cooking for more flavor. DeliciouS

Turkey Goulash

this dish was delicious...the only thing i did different was that i added some chopped onion and a few red pepper flakes for some heat. it was excellent!
