Red Skinned Potato Salad

Wow! ok, followed every one elses advice. 1/2 sour cream 1/2 mayo, added shredded cheddar,threw in some paprika, chopped up a green pepper from the garden added a dash or two of ranch dressing AND VIOLA!-the most awesome potato salad I have ever tasted!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

They are really tasty cookies! Only problem I had was when they baked, the ran together, even though I used melted butter, slightly warm eggs & refrigerated the dough as others have suggested. Since I just made these for my hubby & me, it didn't matter how ugly they turned out!

Angel Chicken Pasta

I only gave this 4 stars because I haven't tried making it as-is. I substitute chicken broth for the wine and it's delicious! I also cut the chicken into chunks instead of leaving it whole, but that doesn't really affect the flavor. I always make a double batch of this, and we always finish the pan!
