Strawberry Cheesecake

We really enjoyed this recipe although, I did not make it in the slow cooker. I boiled the potatoes and mashed them right away. I also added shredded Cheddar Cheese when I mixed the potatoes. It turned out quite tasty.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

I thought this was an excellent recipe. I will be making a couple adjustments like adding more garlic and spinach as suggested by others. Overall though, easy and delicious.

Taco Pasta Salad

This was a huge hit in our home. I did serve the noodles and meat hot but the catalina dressing really set off the flavors. will make this one again for sure!

Southwest Stuffed Burgers

Baked Zucchini Chips

Jamaican Spinach Soup
