About me:
Heyyy. I'm Kelly. I'm 15 years old and love to bake! I'm mostly a cookie-obsessed baker, but of course I still make cakes, bars, muffins, and so on. I love baking for my loved ones because theres just something about watching someone enjoy something that you've made. Baking destresses me and I learn something new with every new recipe I try. I hope some day to own a bakery, possibly in the city(Philly or New York). But for now, I'm trying to learn more and am looking forward to holding a huge bakesale for my graduation project and giving the money raised to a foundation and leftover baked goods to a soup kitchen. BUT, anyway, please share any recipes you'd like with me because I'm always looking for ew things to try! :D

Too dry. Needs fat. I made a recipe myself once and just cannot remember how I made it. This was not it!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed on Oct. 7, 2009 by Annie_K
I just tried this recipe tonight and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I was worried because at first it didn't look to appetizing, but after the first bite it all changed!! I used all fresh ingredients. I used chopped garlic and a fresh onion and also some extra virgin olive oil to keep the chicken from becoming stuck to the bottom of the pan. I used the left over garlic and onion as a topping which was great also. This is such a quick and easy recipe but you do have to make sure the chicken is cooked through, that was my toughest time. I will deffinately make this a weekly dinner. I'm the pickiest eater ever so I can definately promise this is a "picker eater" friendly recipe! JULIA - TWO THUMBS UP! Thank You!!

Flounder Florentine

Reviewed on Sep. 22, 2009 by doughgirl
I followed the recipe fairly closely. I listened to some reviewers and mixed most of the Bernaise in with the spinach and then a tiny bit on top. In an attempt to avoid blandness, I sprinkled the magic spice mixture, used for veggies, chicken, fish, plain pasta in our house, on the fish before the sauce and it definitely was not bland. Lemon Pepper Seasoning (no salt)- it's amazing what it does to broccoli!
