Mom's Meat Loaf

This was great. Only thing I changed was to use Stove Top Turkey Stuffing left over from Turkey Day for the breading. Came out really moist and I'll probably never make it any other way from now on.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This came out a lot darker than the picture but that's probably because I threw everything in all at once except for the baking soda. Opps. Also, didn't have nuts so used a half cup of peanut butter. Tastes good though and my dog likes it too.
