I used mashed potatoes from dinner and for my tastes it needs just a little less salt.

6 Stars!!! Maybe 10! Just made this for a chocolate bunt cake, I used white chocolate chips and this is an amazing glaze. Very impressive taste, looks gourmet and it couldn't be any easier to make! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Kickin' Collard Greens

Reviewed on Jun. 10, 2009 by Hannen1
I sort of incorporated another recipe for Drunken Greens into this one and had rave reviews from my neighbors and friends. I added more bacon and 1 btl of dark beer and cut back on the chicken broth. Used fresh mustard greens. Only put 1 Tbl of brown sugar in and otherwise followed the recipe. Outstanding.
