 I'm a undergradute student at Bloosmburg University, in my final year. I'm going to be starting at Shippensburg University with a graduate program in Public History. I'm single and like cooking small meals with lots of left overs for me and my roommates! My best friends always have a homemade dinner together on thursday nights, and I always seem to be the one cooking. Grandma Gudgel's Black Bottom Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for my employees. They turned out great. Only, my cupcakes had more of a filling then a topping, but I think I liked them better that way.

Baked Zucchini Chips

I had tried this recipe. I cut the zucchini thin, seasoned them, and baked them for the required time. However, these "chips" did not bake for me. After about an hour of baking, I had to give up because I had to go to work. I won't try this recipe again, why waste my zucchini, I might as well just throw them away.

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

I was looking for a yummy way to use my zucchini that both my boyfriend and I would enjoy. The mixture of the chocolate chips and orange is a tastefully twist to an original recipe. I not only enjoyed the bread itself but the smell it spread throughout my home. Wonderful! Superb! I will definitely make this again.
