We have family recipes that have been handed down for generations. The family can trace it's roots back to the American Revolution. I am a educator and serve as School Director for my local school. My husband is Retired from UPS with 33 1/2 years of service. My girls are in BSN programs and my son is a veteran of the Marines.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This is a tasty recipe, but it uses way to much oil. Cut the oil in half and add some buttermilk or yogurt to replace the moisture loss. Good otherwise.
