Basic Microwave Risotto

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2006
This is my first review but I just HAD to take the time to review this. It was to die for. Exactly like the risotto from my favorite local 5-star restaurant and so easy. I caramelized the onions first and added a little extra butter and salt at the end. A definite keeper.

Hoagie Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2006
A real crowd pleaser. I have to give out several copies of the recipe after a New Years Day open house. I did cut down on the amount of cheese to 1/2 pound, but it didn't seem to impact the delicious flavor. A real keeper!

Cranberry Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2006
These bars are just wonderful. The sweet and tart of the cranberries combined with the flavor of brown sugar and oatmeal makes these a favorite from now on. As mentioned, they aren't kid friendly, but that's okay because it leaves more for the adults!!!

Bubble 'n' Squeak

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2006
This is surprisingly good. When you make it, it looks sort of bland and boring, but it has a nice flavor and is very easy. I tried using my George Foreman grill for the bacon, but ended up using some of the bacon grease anyway. A real good comforrt food meal. I understand the squeak, but can anyone explain the bubble?

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2005
Very good and easy to prepare. The zippy sauce works nicely with the meatloaves. I doubled the recipe and followed it almost exactly except that I used half oatmeal and half breadcrumbs. My family enjoyed it and I'm sure to make it again! Thanks for a keeper!

This was a GREAT recipe. Only 3 ingredients so it's as easy as it can be! We made it for our 25th wedding anniversary party and everyone loved it. I will make this again many times!!! Two thumbs up KK!!!!

Breaded Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2002
My kids loved this recipe. It was a nice way to cook the tenderloin without needing to marinade (which is how I usually cook it). We all agreed, however, that it could use a little thin white wine gravy (maybe with mushroom for us grown-ups) to make it perfect. I will definitely make this again!

Chicken With Mushrooms

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2000
I made this for my family and they couldn't stop raving. The flavor was outstanding. I made mine with baby bella mushrooms, which have a richer flavor than plain white mushrooms. My 5 year old had seconds, as well as my husband.
