Almond-Raspberry Meringue Bars

I've made these two years in a row for the holidays and they are amazing. If you love almond and raspberry these are the perfect bars. So addicting!

Penne Pasta with Cannellini Beans and Escarole

great recipe, made this for my family, huge success. I added some chicken stock and crusher red pepper. Also, if you want add a cup of the water from the penne after you have mixed the ingredients, it will add a little juice to dip your bread.

Chicken Marsala

I made this awhile ago and just forgot to rate and review. But it's very good. I didn't change a thing and it was delicious. Even better the next day, reheated.
