Blueberry Pie

I made this pie this afternoon it turned out wonderful.I only used 1 cup of sugar, and 4 tbls of cornstarch as others had suggested. i used 5 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries i had picked myself last weekend . i baked it for 1 hour at 350.turne out perfect thank you for the recipe. will make again

Tart Lemon Ice Cream

Oh yeah, this is the best lemon ice cream I'm sure I'll ever eat!! Instead of using a food processor, I grated the lemon zest on a hand grater. Much easier. I used the juice and zest from two lemons, and it was perfect. It was so good, in fact, that I didn't share with my family! They'll have to make their own ice cream...

Alfredo Sauce

This was ok. It was a little runny and very strong flavored. Once paired with fettucini and chicken, it was good. I will try other recipes before coming back to this one.

Zucchini Bread IV

what's another review, right? well, i thought this was awesome. i made one regular loaf, 12 muffins and a mini loaf. i added mini chocholate chips and walnuts to half and i can't stop eating it. bye bye to my other recipe. this is it!

Cottage Pudding - Upside Down Cake

this was a great recipe. it was easy and quick. i gave it a 4 because it was way too sweet. i will definatly reduce the sugar next time, but there will for sure be a next time! we tried pineapple this time, i cant wait to try different fruit!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

i accidentally bought reduced sugar cake mix and was forced to use it. everyone reved about this cake, but i wasnt a big fan. it was too moist and dense and it tasted uncooked. but i will be making it again because everyone loved it so much, but i will for sure buy regular mix next time.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

i halved the recipe and popped the corn on the stove. it was a bit time consuming, but easy and really delicious! i will be making this from now on! i used pecans in this and really didnt care for it. i'll leave the nuts out next time.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Man! This was great. I pounded out the breast first. Did evoo instead of butter, added a splash of lemon juice and fresh parsley at the last 5 minutes of cooking. Sometimes the best things are the simplest!

Texas Ranch Potato Salad

SO good!! But okay, I modified b/c I didn't have bacon on hand. SO, I cut a few tbsps of the mayo and replaced it with deli mustard. Then it was a little mushy and lacking in texture so I added dill relish. Can't wait to try it with bacon!

Fabulous Fajitas

Who knew that a packet of italian seasoning makes for great fajitas? I marinated my sirloin in lime juice, olive oil, fresh minced garlic, and the packet all day. Seared then cooked on med-low. Fabulous.
