About me:
I consider myself a novice cook but with gumption! I am married with a seven year old son and a four year old (picky eater) daughter. I work part-time and I am active with PTO at both my children's schools. So I'm always looking for kid-friendly recipes.

Cottage Pudding - Upside Down Cake

Reviewed on Jul. 22, 2008 by Rachel
this was a great recipe. it was easy and quick. i gave it a 4 because it was way too sweet. i will definatly reduce the sugar next time, but there will for sure be a next time! we tried pineapple this time, i cant wait to try different fruit!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed on Jul. 12, 2008 by Rachel
i accidentally bought reduced sugar cake mix and was forced to use it. everyone reved about this cake, but i wasnt a big fan. it was too moist and dense and it tasted uncooked. but i will be making it again because everyone loved it so much, but i will for sure buy regular mix next time.
