Crunchy Chicken Casserole

Reviewed on Dec. 30, 2009 by Erin
Very good recipe! I used a little less mayo (since other reviewers said it tasted a little "mayonnaise-y" otherwise). I also used cashews instead of almonds and crushed butter crackers (garlic & herb flavor) on top instead of potato chips. I also threw in some garlic powder and pepper to add a little flavor to it. It could even use a bit more spice, but my husband loved it! The crunch from the crackers and cashews was just delicious with the creaminess of the rest of the casserole. We will definitely make this again!

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed on Aug. 6, 2009 by WILSKA50
It's a keeper for sure!! Made this to glaze the "Too Much Chocolate Cake" recipe from this site (which is also FABULOUS!!!) and it worked out perfectly! Exactly the right amount of glaze and perfect pouring consistency. I even copied the photo and sprinkled mini chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top. Have also made the "Easy Chocolate Bundt cake glaze" from this site...which is also tasty but in my opinion makes a bit too much glaze for 1 cake and needs to sit and thicken for a few minutes before you can pour it over the cake.
