Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I used fresh basil for the sauce but everything else pretty much followed the recipe. This was my first serious look at a 'recipe' for sauce, and it was a keeper.

Award Winning Chili Con Carne

Reviewed on Jan. 7, 2010 by kristincsw
I used a can of Rotel tomatoes w/ green chiles and can of regular whole tomatoes, added cumin and some adobo sauce left over in the fridge (instead of Tabasco) to my liking. I skipped the thickening agents and it thickened nicely. First night we used it ove 'chili cheese fries' from this site and then ate it over macaroni the second night.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed on Jan. 4, 2010 by crunchy
This is delicious! The only thing I did different was use real butter- stuck 1/2 a stick in the cavity with the celery and cut up the other 1/2 into squares and stuck it under the skin instead of dabbing it on top. This is a juicy, delicious chicken recipe!
