Rosemary Lemon Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I changed it up a bit but it was still a hit!! I doubled the lemon juice and substituted the butter with olive oil. I also didn't have fresh rosmary so I used a TBS of dried. Marinated it for 5 hours and baked it. It came out really tender and moist. Definately cooking this again.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Made 2 loaves; one for our family and another for friends. I was worried that it was baked for too long because it was a very dark-looking bread. Luckily nothing was wrong and everyone loved it. Good, rich flavor!

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

My family thought I was crazy to want to try a soup with "peanut butter" in it. However I recieved a lot of apologies as everyone kept helping themselves to more servings. The peanut butter gives this recipe a great and unique flavor! I recommend trying this one!!

French Crepes

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2007
Crepes are one of my absolute favorite foods! These crepes were pretty good! I usually just stick to making the ones from Bisquick, but today I decided to make our familys classic crepe breakfast with REAL homemade crepes. True, as some reviews said, they were rather "eggy" but we smeared some nutella and homemade jam from the farmer's market and they were a HUGE hit! Will definitaly make again!!!

Golden Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
Great recipe -- I divided the sauce and put rum extract in half (for those who don't like rum and for the kids)then poured it over the bread pudding. I doubled the recipe thinking I'd have some left over - no such luck -- I'll definately make it again!!
