Cinnamon Cranraisin Bread

Absolutely brilliant and very easy to make! Because this is Australia I had to substitute Baker's flour and bread improver to the recipe but it didn't change it at all. Absolutely yummy toasted with spread!

MMMMM... Brownies

These were delicious, i followed the recipe exactly, they were very easy to make, they were good and fudgy, some other brownie recipes on this site are more like cake, if i wanted to make a cake i would make one! but these were perfect, my husband raved about them. thank you for the recipe!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

This was absolutely AWESOME! Double the sauce recipe and add 1 lb. scallops (cook them the same time as the shrimp, so they're not tough).......UNBELIEVABLE!!! This has become one of my new favorite recipes of all time! Thanks!
