Wow! Really pretty easy & just about as good as the ones at my favorite restaurant.

Really good! I added one potato diced into tiny bite size pieces, & a cup of frozen petite peas to make a complete all in one dish. I was shocked that my 5 year old & her friend both ate it, as well as my husband who claims he doesn't like Indian food.

Sorry, we did not care for this. It turned out gooey & bland...maybe I should have kept baking it beyond an hour??? I'm sticking to the Brown Sugar Meatloaf recipe from this site.

I'll give you that it was easy, but it just tasted like really sweet ketchup to me. I added a bit of onion powder to cut the sweetness.

NEEDS MORE COCONUT! I added fresh squeezed lime juice (2 limes) & toasted the coconut with the salt for the rim. Very refreshing, love it!

It tastes very good, but my 5 year old wanted to know why it was "brownish". Next time I would probably use 1/2 brown sugar & 1/2 white sugar. I dissolved the sugar with a half cup of hot water & then added lots of ice.

ALWAYS A HIT! I have made this countless times now & it is great for big gatherings. I use a 5-6# pork loin & 1 can of low sodium beef broth...that's it! No coffe, no S&P, no browning it first. When it's ready to be shredded (about 8 hours on low) take the meat out & pour the liquid through a strainer to remove some of the fat. Once you shred the meat, put it back in the slow cooker and add a little of the juices back to keep it moist. I usually keep the BBQ sauce on the side, but I have added it at the end a few times too.

Even though I thought this fish was good and rather easy, I can only give it 3 stars. My 5 year old picked all the coating off, and my 18m old refused to eat it at all.

Oh yeah, this is yummy good! I just made this (1/2 recipe) frosting to go with a box cake and it was so fast & easy.

I cheated...I took all of the ingredients (minus the wine, I didn't have any on hand) & dumped them in the crock pot, turned it on low, and 5 1/2 to 6 hours later I had a yummy stew that looks just like the picture posted. Thanks! The flavor is great.

Nice flavor and easy to make. Definitely marinate as long as you can & add extra lime.

Not that great. The marinade did not really permeate the potatoes. Next time maybe I'll just make the sauce for dipping since it was so easy & used on hand ingredients.
