 Hello all! My name is actually Deborah. Momma Louise is in memory of my dear mother who is now in heaven. I owe everything I know about cooking, to her. My grandmother, who is now 93, still teaches me to this day, God bless her. I love all types of foods. Cooking for other people is what makes me happiest. When I am not cooking, I am taking care of my horses or giving riding lessons. I guess farm living and cooking go hand in hand!

Classic Macaroni Salad

I always make a tuna macaroni salad, as my mother did for years and its delicious, but decided to go with ribs today id make the classic and this is also delicious, way better than the kind you get at deli. My hubby loves my tuna mac salad and he said this is really good also. A keeper..oh soooo easy to make. Love it

Marble Swirl Pound Cake

I wanted to use up some cake flour, and decided on this recipe. The batter was better than the cake. The finished product was a bit dry even with the decreased amount of flour. Average at best.
