Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed on May 7, 2008 by bkjanke
ALWAYS A HIT! I have made this countless times now & it is great for big gatherings. I use a 5-6# pork loin & 1 can of low sodium beef broth...that's it! No coffe, no S&P, no browning it first. When it's ready to be shredded take the meat out & pour the liquid through a strainer to remove some of the fat. Once you shred the meat, put it back in the slow cooker and add a little of the juices back to keep it moist. I usually keep the BBQ sauce on the side, but I have added it at the end a few times too.

Crispy Fish Fillets

Reviewed on May 6, 2008 by bkjanke
Even though I thought this fish was good and rather easy, I can only give it 3 stars. My 5 year old picked all the coating off, and my 18m old refused to eat it at all.
