Slow-Cooked Country Ribs in Gravy

Reviewed on May 2, 2007 by BLUDOG
Very good. I did 1/2 white & 1/2 brown sugar. I didn't have beef broth, that was fine. I added a touch of Teriyaki. Omitted the mustard. It was watery, but I took out some of the watery broth added flour and made a side of gravy ( I added some extra pepper to the gravy). Everyone enjoyed it. My sides were corn & white rice

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed on Mar. 13, 2007 by IronChefWannaBe
The breading was good and the pork chop stayed moist. However, I found that it was too greasy and didn't stay crisp. I halved the breading and it was still way too much! Will try again though...

Clams Casino

Reviewed on Feb. 16, 2007 by IronChefWannaBe
This was very good. I halved the recipe. I used turkey bacon, mixture of red, yellow, and green peppers, and less breadcrumbs. Everything else as directed and it was really very good. I bought 2 dozen little neck clams and mixture was just right... Dripped lemon juice on just before cooking and just just after... Great Valentines Day Treat!
