This recipe is very similar to a chicken dish served at a local well-known restaurant. A friend of mine was kind enough to share it. It includes chicken breasts topped with mushrooms, bacon and cheese cooked in a honey-mustard sauce.

Everybody wants this recipe when I take them in for a carry-in. To make them award winning, my daughter, Tegan, made them for a cookie baking contest and won a red ribbon! You can use any flavor pudding you like for this recipe.

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

Submitted by: candy
Simply delicious fried chicken using, of all things, cream of chicken soup! The other key ingredient is cornstarch. The end result will surprise you. It will be perfect - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and loaded with mouthwatering flavor. This chicken will definitely be requested on a regular basis by family and friends!

Don't let the color scare you! It's bright green! This is an extremely easy and tasty family recipe. Variations can definitely be made to taste...sometimes I use chicken (boneless or not) sometimes I use shrimp...sometimes I use both. My family makes it with chicken innards (gizzards, heart, etc.) which I'm not too keen on eating. Hey, but with this soup it's to each his or her own.

Child-Proof Sugar Cookies

Submitted by: Wendy Mmm Gibson
This recipe is great for first time cookie makers and kindergartners. They are easy and lots of fun. The children in my classes have never messed up a batch of these cookies in the fourteen years I've been teaching kindergarten, and neither have my four adorable children. You can use whole wheat flour in place of the all-purpose flour, if you wish.

Very quick and tasty sidedish that can be altered to taste, almost every ingredient except the corn is optional. Very pretty side dish also. I've made this for many different people and haven't had one complaint yet. It's especially good if you just don't have the time to cook but don't want junk food.

An excellent recipe for technique as much as anything, as the few coating ingredients of buttermilk, flour and paprika are not difficult to combine!
