Stovetop Granola

delicious and easy granola. I substituted 1/2 cup of the oats for rice crispies cereal. I also added a 1/4 cup of wheat germ and a cinnamon stick. I'll be making this often.

Golden Rum Cake

So good. And easy. The only rum I had on hand was Barcardi 151, so I used a quarter cup for the glaze. Definitely take the other reviewers' advice about using the pan to glaze the cake.

Savory Crescent Chicken

Was easy and quite tasty. I added crumbed bacon to the mixture and didn't use the croutons. Mmmmm...
