Maple Cookies

Reviewed on May 8, 2008 by Jewelsie
These cookies were the best. They're so full of subtle yet wonderful flavors. I used half grade A dark amber syrup and half grade A light amber, but only because I ran out of the dark amber. The darker the syrup you use, the more of that maple flavor it'll have. Also, I made a small batch the night before and realized it wasn't as maple-y as I would have liked, so when I made a larger batch, I replaced the vanilla with maple flavoring. Everyone loved them!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed on Jan. 8, 2008 by lady of the house
I've made several crusts from different recipes trying to find the right one. My search is over! I used 2.5 teaspoons of yeast since I didn't have it prepackaged. I put it on stone and allowed to rise about 30 minutes. I baked 5 minutes, removed it from oven, topped it and baked 10 more. Perfect pizza!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed on Jan. 8, 2008 by lady of the house
This was delicious. As New Yorkers we love our chicken wings, but we can't get good ones since we moved. We also can't get very good pizza. This combo is perfect. I made my own pizza crust using the quick and easy pizza crust recipe from this site. I baked it 5 minutes at 450 and then topped it and baked another 10 minutes at 450. It was a big hit!
