Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed on jul. 4, 2009 by Mrs.Donald
Wonderful! I making this now once again for a 4th BBQ. I like sweet pie so I toss the apples in cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg before i fill my crusts. I have tried it without and it's still wonderful. I sometimes make the sauce for my kids to dip fruit in, my daughter loves to eat the cinnamon sugar apples with the sauce as well as bananas. The sauce is great to cook bananas in to top pancakes or waffles.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed on jul. 2, 2009 by Mrs.Donald
I have tried this quite a few times, i have found what works for me. I keep it covered the entire time add a little more garlic (I love garlic) and salt and pepper. I add the cheese and broil it until the cheese browns. My son loves it and will eat the whole pan all by himself.

Garlic Red Potatoes

These are very good, i omitted the lemon juice and upped the garlic and added a little red pepper for a little kick, but they were great, i even ate them for breakfast with my omelet.
