About me:
I am so lucky to have a fantastic hubby and two super cute little boys. My husband is a Chiropractor and right now I am a stay at home mom. Prior to having my boys I was a stock broker at a local bank.

Pork Tenderloin with Steamed Kale

Fantastic!! I made 2 changes: 1st -Grilled the pork outside. 2nd - Used only 3 tsp EVOO and replaced the difference with fresh squeezed OJ. Fantastic and MUCH healthier than written. Thanks so much for the recipe!!

We loved this recipe. I did add about a pound of turkey sausage but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Very good ~ Thanks!!!

Baked Oatmeal II

Reviewed on Apr. 26, 2008 by Kristen Docimo
I make this exactly as indicated, except substitute sliced apples for the cranberries because my husband prefers apples. It is VERY good and it's a Sunday morning favorite. Thanks to the review suggesting 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup applesauce- I was looking for a lower fat version and now I'm going to try it!
