I never had luck with polenta recipes before this one. I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. Served with Coq au Vin alla Itaiana recipe from Allrecipes and Green Beans with Walnuts. That was an incredible dinner! Thank you for sharing!

Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2008
This was only my 2nd attempt at potatoe salad. I like this recipe and so did my husband. I did add more mustard, mayo, extra pickle, and vinegar to suit my taste. I did not use black pepper or hot pepper, as I do not care for the spice. We like this one and will use it again. I love dill, so I thought it was great.

Honey Baked Chicken I

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2008
I tried this recipe and it was great except that I added my extras to it such as one and a half tablespoons of brown sugar, of course extra garlic and black pepper than the amount said above. It is simple and quick. The oven does the work. You only have to turn the chicken over and brush on sauce once. Just purchase a cut-up chicken from your local store so you don't have to do all that work. Very yummy indeed!

Yum yum. I made this tonight for the fam and it is delicious! I added regular yellow onions instead of green onions and also diced up some turkey breast meat for a little added goodness!

I really liked this recipe. I added strawberries and did not have vanilla extract so I used almond extract. Also added about a teaspoon of lemon zest. i was not sure what to expect, but I thought this was yummy.

Spiced Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2008
Based on some of the other users' feedback about the sauce being too "ketchupy", I made some changes. I added about 1 tbls of Worchertershire (or however you spell it) and a splash of hot sauce. I also placed thinly sliced onions on top of the pork chops in the pan before pouring the sauce over the chops. To the dry ingredients, I added some cayanne pepper to give it some flair. We really enjoyed this recipe (but because of all the changes, I can only give 4 stars). Will definately make again!!

Bacon Jack Chicken Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
This is a great grill recipe! However, next time I will not use chicken breast halves, as they were much too thick for a sandwich, in my opinion. I did marinate my chicken overnight in mojo, which made it very tasty and tender! I also used jalapeno pepper jack cheese...the extra kick is subtle, and helps make this a well-rounded sandwich. We will make this again!!

This recipe is wonderful. I did not have the 8 x 4 loaf pans so I used 8 inch round using the same cooking directions. I also drizzled chocolate over the top that was left over from the chocolate strawberry recipe.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
I have made these several times, I love them so much. I used 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup white four. Used olive oil instead of butter in both the muffin and the topping. I also added walnuts to both as well. Used 4 bananas instead of 3. They turned out moist and delicious! Better the next day.
