Sorry, but this just didn't have enough flavor for our taste. It wasn't bad, but just needed more flavor.

Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: May 16, 2009
On my favorite list. I happened to have some Greek grilled chicken, and used French Feta (milder than Greek Feta) and made my own balsamic vinegar dressing. It was such a hit, my mother-in-law requested I make her some extra to take home!!! Excellent, next time I'll trying adding fresh basil and kalamata olives.

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
excellent!! I made this, instead of mashed potatoes, for our easter dinner and everyone thought it was a great addition to the dinner table. I didn't have provolone cheese, so i just left it out and also did not have enought heavy cream and used milk, but it still turned out wonderful.

What a great recipe!! These turned out great, look like they came from a bakery. Followed the suggestions of others; made the balls with my hands and put in the freezer before the chocolate coating. Thanks for sharing this.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
I liked this recipe. It was the first time I ever made whipped cream and it was very good. I do agree that it was difficult to pipe, but the taste was fresh and simple. Took to an office birthday and all loved it. I did only use 3/4 cup sugar and next time will try 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, as I think it was still a little too sweet, but very good. Cake was gone in minutes! Thanks for a great recipe!

Italian Wedding Soup I

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
Excellent recipe. Had the recipe in my box for quite some time, but just recently had an opportunity to make it. I did make my pasta separately, as I usually do for soups. I did add 2 teaspoons of beef base (Knorrs) and put a little extra escarole in there. Family ate it all up, I only got to bowls and I doubled the recipe. Very excellent, will repeat many times! Thank you.

Excellent recipe! I did add 2 additional cups of water and I used italian stewed tomatoes for additional flavor. I also added 2 teaspoons beef base rather than the boullion. Like others, I kept the pasta separate. Tastes great!
