About me: I'm 22, living in Lancaster with my boyfriend. I've always enjoyed baking, but I can't feed him just cookies and cakes, so I'm beginning to branch out.

Sausage and Mushroom Tarts

Reviewed on Jun. 11, 2009 by Sue Logsdon
I like heat so I used hot italian sausage. Otherwise kept to the recipe. YUM!! And everyone I served them to loved them too! I may switch out the cheeses next time .. mozz, provalone, cheddar, oh the possibilities! Thanks for the GREAT recipe! Good, quick and easy - who wouldn't love THAT? !

Margaritas

Reviewed on Apr. 20, 2009 by Sue Logsdon
Excellent and easy! I used 1/2 Tequila and 1/2 Triple Sec and added the juice and pulp of one lime (reamed). Made these in my slushy maker and WOW! I need look no further. NOTE - do read the review by Cooper4 for some GREAT ideas how to change this up to a blue 'rita, or a fruit 'rita! My freezer is full of limeade and I'm ready to let summer 2009 begin! Thanks for the great recipe!

Pita Chips

Reviewed on Jan. 12, 2009 by Sue Logsdon
This is a recipe from weight watchers. I have been making these for years based on the recipe they have published. They do not have chervil on their recipe. You can put whatever you like on them - an easier tip is to spray the chips, once split and cut, with olive oil spray, then top with whatever you like and bake. They store well in a zip-lock bag. I like to make mine "Everything" - dried oniion flakes, poppy &/or sesame seeds/ garlic powder / corse salt / fresh ground black pepper - just like an everything bagel, but on a weight conscience chip! (Dip into fresh bruschetta or salsa for a very low cal/low point value treat
