Fire Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta with Shrimp

Reviewed on May 21, 2009 by njmom
this was very good. nice light meal. loved the fresh basil and the fire roasted tomatoes with the creamy feta cheese. the rest of the family wasn't too crazy about it; so i guess it won't go into the rotation too often, but i liked it and that's all that mattered cause i'm the MOM! LOL

Asian Style Meatloaf

Reviewed on May 8, 2009 by njmom
omg, did i love this!! the rest of my family ate it with no comment, actually my DD said she didn't like it. my DH asked where the gravy was even before he ate it...to me gravy is to cover up the flavor of stuff, and boy you do not want to cover up the flavor of this meatloaf....i will make this again, but as meatballs for a party or something. i used green onions and a garlic/ginger paste instead of just the ginger. i also took the suggestion of using 1/4 cup ketchup and 2 TB hosin for the glaze. if you like the taste of pot stickers, you will enjoy this meatloaf!

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Reviewed on May 4, 2009 by njmom
i cut this in half, while it has a good taste, it is a little thin. i think i will try the other honey-mustard dressing next. i used dijon mustard and red wine vinegar.
