YUM YUM YUM. I added potatoes when I added the turkey and then threw in some cranberries for the last 10 minutes. I also sauteed the veggies with some cooking sherry. It was out of this world.

Great recipe. It's Zucchini season and what do you do with all the zucchini? Make this recipe. My husband doesn't like zucchini but loved this recipe, says it was a perfect combination of herbs, veggies, and rice. Will definately make again. Maybe less cheese next time.

Pesto and PHILLY Light Crostini

This is a great recipe. I have been looking for a good pesto recipe that is easy and doesn't require Pine nut (those things are expensive). This is super tasty and a great compliment to cream cheese. This will now be a staple in my house.....

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
So Simple to make and it came out delicious. I did use Corn starch instead of flour (didn't have any) and it came out a perfect consistancy. I also used more spinach than called for (love spinach). Lastly I paired this recipe with the Philly Pesto Crostini's, Great combination. My husband said he felt like he was at a restaurant. Definate keeper

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Over all this tasted great. The pork chops were bland but once you put on the apples and sugar glaze they were oh so good. I paired this up with the sweet potatoes that someone else suggested and it was fabulous. next time I will marinate the pork chops first.

Macaroni 'n' Cheese for Two

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
My first time making homemade mac n cheese and this turned out to be the greatest tasting recipe. I like this one because it doesn't call for processed cheese (yuk). I took some of the other advice, I used different cheeses and put crushed ritz crackers (which my 3yr old loved crushing) on top before baking. This is a keeper....
