Restaurant-Style Chicken Scampi

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
This was really good the next time I make it I am going to cut back on the peppers and add some different veggies. I added garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the flour before I coated the chicken. Turned out really good will definitely will make again.

Lemon Artichoke Romaine Salad

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
My parents and I thought it would have tasted just as good with cucumbers instead of artichokes, and we have a LOT of cucumbers from our garden. I also used a little bit more lemon juice than it called for since when I tasted the dressing initially it tasted like olive oil predominantly. Overall, a good recipe and one will will try again!

Grilled Salmon Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
My mom found one of her old Taste of Home magazines, which had this recipe in it, and made this while I was visiting today. Even with her bungling the recipe (she never measures anything and tends to always put in too much mayo in everything), this was an excellent sandwich. I was surprised! :-) I am looking forward to making it for my own family.

Chicken Enchilada Dip

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
EXCELLENT!!! This has been a huge hit for us. My hubby and I are now expected to take take this when we meet up with out large group of tailgating buddies. Everyone wants the recipe! The only thing we do differently is add a can of Rotel (drained, and instead of 1 jalepeno pepper, we add a heaping spoon full (maybe two)of diced (drained) jalepeno peppers. We also put a few sliced jalepenos on top in the cheese for looks. This is the best dip ever!! Thanks for the great recipe!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
Very tasty. I don't know what I did differently from everyone else, but I baked mine for 35 min, and they still seem a bit raw in the middle. The edges were just barely done. Not to say they still aren't delicious and disappearing quickly. We made them into a brownie sundae with ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Super Delish!!!

These were delicious. We had no problems with the cookies sticking, since we used the parchment called for in the recipe. We followed the recipe exactly, and have absolutely zero complaints! These were very good cookies!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
I made this yesterday a nd It came out great. I made it in a 9X9 and I only used about 3/4 cake mix. My only suggestion that i didnt do is to flatten out the clumps, and make sure its flat before I toppe dit with butter. I cant wait to try with variations!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
Very flavorful chicken. I followed the recipe exactly, but used only 2 large chicken breast halves and sliced them into 'tenderloins'. I found the 'sauce' to be not so much a sauce, but more like a glaze. In the end, I think we liked it a lot, but it wasn't *fabulous*. It reminded me of a cross between the Rotisserie Chicken recipe and the Greasy Chicken recipe, both on this site.
