Caramel Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
Use Kraft Caramel Bits 11 oz package in place of the 36 wrapped caramels and it comes out PERFECT. Great recipe! I also used brown sugar instead of white and thought that made it even better. I also increased the pecans (because I love them!) and put halves on top. Served at Thanksgiving - everybody loved it more than traditional pecan pies. I didn't think it was excessively sweet or caramel flavored either. Everyone just asked how I had made such a great pecan pie!

PERFECT. Followed the recipe exactly and I made it with a store-bought crust and my own home-made crust and they were both fantastic.

This is wonderful, very light and refreshing salad, served in martini glasses, easy to do and even avacado haters(my husband) really enjoyed it.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

We had company for many breadfasts with visitors at our home so I needed something I could prepare the night before other than the typical sausage egg casserole. This was great esp for people eating at different times in the morning. Just slice reheat in micro and it is ready.

Simple Country Ribs

These ribs were excellent I will not make any other way again. I make my own BBQ sauce, watered it down and boiled them. Great method, I used to bake them on low covered for several hours but this is better, could extend the time boiling and still be great.
