I'll keep this recipe but it was a little bland make sure your season the chicken before adding the spinach filling.

Ken's Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2009
This is an awesome recipe! The only thing that I changed was that I substituted ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese, which really is a personal preference. These are some of the best stuffed shells that I've had. Thank you for the recipe Ken.

Make Ahead French Toast

This dish got rave reviews. I gave it a 4 star rating because it does stick a little to the pan if not well greased. Otherwise the taste was fabulous.

Silver White Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
Not intending to be rude, but this is my least favorite recipe I've ever followed. The mixing technique is streniouse and shortning should not be used. I followed the recipe exact, and it was the worst thing I've ever tasted. This is my favorite cake and was hoping for a better recipe than I have. Even the batter is thicker than cake batter should be. This needs to be revised.

Caramel Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
Use Kraft Caramel Bits 11 oz package in place of the 36 wrapped caramels and it comes out PERFECT. Great recipe! I also used brown sugar instead of white and thought that made it even better. I also increased the pecans (because I love them!) and put halves on top. Served at Thanksgiving - everybody loved it more than traditional pecan pies. I didn't think it was excessively sweet or caramel flavored either. Everyone just asked how I had made such a great pecan pie!
