Easy Peanut Blossoms

Reviewed on Dec. 8, 2009 by Fujiko
While I loathe Hershey chocolate, these are one of my husband's favorite cookies. These were easy to make. My batch actually created >30 1-inch cookies. Next time I will bake them about 7 minutes or a little longer because some of them seem to be a little underdone (I will change the review if later they firm up).

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This recipe is excellent. My air-insulated pan worked best. My regular cookie sheet made these burn a little on the bottom. Oh well. A little imperfection makes them look "homemade" and not like a store-bought cheat!

Creamy Italian Dressing I

Delicious! I made this exactly per the recipe, except that I took about 1.5 T of the chopped onion out of the food processor because it looked like a lot.
