About the only "adjustment" I made was not cooling the cookies on the pan for the directed 20 minutes. The first pan I did that on were slightly hard to remove. But I also didn't make them as big. I got about 40 cookies out of the batch. They were hailed as delicious by my brother and his family-I am invited back to stay any time! lol

Cheddar and Olive Balls

time consuming so I chopped the olives, mixed in the batter then made it into round cookie shaped rounds....all the flavor, alot less time!
