S'More Bars II

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by AINSLEYSMOM
These were OK, the graham crackers were really crumbly which made them hard to serve out of the pan on a tray. I think if I'm that hungry for smores I'll just make the real thing toasting the marshmallow over a candle :-)

Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Reviewed on Aug. 31, 2009 by Desert Otter
This bread was delicious. I used 1 cup jalapenos and a small jar of pimentos for color and mixed in with the liquid ingredients. I kneaded the cheese in to it after it formed shaggy mass and baked in two round loves. Be careful that your pans are properly greased, my loves stuck and stuck badly. But it was my fault and no matter because it was so good.

Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Reviewed on Aug. 13, 2009 by AINSLEYSMOM
We love this, could not get the kids to try it but my husband and I love it. Just the right amount of pepper to give it spice. I boil up some oriental ramen noodles, drain the water and sprinkle the seasoning packet on the noodles then toss with the hamburger/cabbage mixture.
