Oven-Baked Chicken

Reviewed on Mar. 31, 2009 by Laura
This was a very good, easy recipe. I used chicken leg quarters for it. The mixture didn't stick to the chicken very well; I'll probably use egg next time. But it still turned out very tasty!

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed on Feb. 11, 2009 by Laura
I made these for my coworkers and they were very upset that I didn't bring more! Even my friend who hates bananas ate two! They were inhaled in only a few minutes. I used bananas that hadn't ripened too much (you could still eat them) and they turned out beautifully. My favorite muffin recipe!

Fudge Brownies I

Reviewed on Feb. 11, 2009 by Laura
These brownies are heavenly! I used pecans and a 4-oz bar of Ghirardelli baking chocolate. I baked them for a little under 30 minutes and they turned out beautifully. They are not gooey brownies, so maybe as fudge brownies they aren't the best but overall as brownies go, they're my new favorite!
