 I've been helping my mom cook since I was big enough to stand on a stool at the stove. I love cooking, and I mostly cook for my two sons and my husband. We have lots of family close by, and we usually get together once a week for a home-cooked meal. I have a lot of work gatherings where we like to pig out, and my coworkers often ask me the day before what I will be bringing because they love my cooking.

I was worried this would not be any good if I did not store it in the frig over night, but it was still really good. It is fast and easy. I bet it is even better with the extra time as several reviewers mention, but still works if you can't wait 8 hours or more to cook it.

Chocolate Banana Pie

I used the Sweetened Whipped Cream recipe from this site for the whipped cream part and followed its instruction to a T. I also waited till the next day before I topped with whipped cream right before serving. I only did one layer of banana and whipped cream because the pie shell was already getting full, but still used all the ingredients. This is a very yummy dessert.
