Grilled Salmon Kyoto

This recipe was great. I let the salmon marinade for about and hour and a half. It came out moist and flavorful. Everyone loved it and several asked for the recipe. I set some of the boiled marinade aside so everyone could spoon it over if they wanted. I made this with fried rice and chinese green beans.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was my first attempt at making a cheesecake and it came out great. I did the water bath and it cracked regardless. Put some cherry pie filling on top and no one knew. I was only able to leave it in the over for 3 hours, but that didn't seem to matter.

Buttery Spritz Cookies

Cornbread Muffins II

I added frozen corn and dried cranberries to this recipe for added sweetness, texture, and flavor. I also omitted the oil to make them healthier, and next time will use less sugar, as the berries and corn add sweetness to the muffins too. Very good, easy to make, and healthy! So as a college student, pretty much ideal!

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar
