Irish Chicken and Dumplings

I won't lie, this was pretty darn tasty. The first time I made it, my brother and I split the huge batch into two portions and ate it all. Sooooo good. Also, if you're worried about being a bad cook, stop, because you CAN NOT mess this recipe up.

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting

The icing was wonderful and so was the icing, but I really didn't like the cake and am looking for a good homemade lemon cake recipe to replace this one. It turned out very dense and when I tried to layer the cake with the filling, it was so heavy the filling squished out!

Cheddar Baked Chicken

This was very good even if I didnt get to use cereal thought I had some but didn't. SO I will make it again with cereal.. I baked it 40 mins. I used cheddar and loved it wish I would have used 1/4 cup butter on bottom. I will next time.

I didn't really like the recipe. Now mine did not come out greasy at all I used reese peanut butter.. And all white suger.. Maybe I might try it again I don't know.

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

WE loved this recipe we let it marinate over night a good 24 hrs and the only thing I didn't do was use pork tenderlion I used chicken. the chicken came out so juicy. I used the called for mustard in the sauce I suggest doing that it was perfect. We will be using this again.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

OK, the first time i made these was my first year of marriage and i didn't know exactly how to bake, so i only gave them a 4 and they turned out flat, lol. I made these again and they were perfect!!! I think i had microwaved my butter to soften it last time... which is a no no! This time I left my butter out 2 hours and creamed it really well with the sugar. I also refrigerated mine 30 min and baked them 14-15 minutes on my pampered chef pan.

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

I made these for christmas and they were everyone's favorite! Very easy to make too. I doubled the cinnamon and used pecans instead of hazelnut, and drizzled with chocolate. They were wonderful!!!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

I loved this crust, but make sure you spray your cookware REALLY good. The first time I tried this crust I forgot to spray the sheet and we ended up eating cheese and toppings because the crust all stuck. Overall, great crust for those who don't have yeast laying around.

Kind of heavy and not very pliable...they fell apart when we tried to eat them. Not sure what I did wrong...but I definitely would use Crisco instead of lard.
