Tom & I are Americans, but we live in Kraljevo, Serbia! We've just moved here, so we spend a lot of time meeting new people and making friends. I love trying Serbian food. Serbiana pizza is especially good, but when you order you might choose to hold the mayo. It comes on a very thin crust with very little or no marinara, an egg in the center, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, olives, a dollop of yogurt on top, and ketchup and mayo drizzled generously on top. We choose to say "ne" to the mayo, but this is the best pizza I've ever had!

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Wow! I followed the recipe to a "t" - no changes - and they came out perfect, first time. I was very pleased with this recipe. Good match to doughnut-shop doughnuts.

Oatmeal Soda Bread

I disliked this bread. Perhaps it was the overall taste; soda bread may just not be for me. It may also be that at 40 minutes, the bread was too far gone to serve to guests. The only thing I can think to say is that if you do love soda bread, using oatmeal is probably a very good idea.

Homemade Pork Sausage

This simple recipe nailed the formula for pork sausage! I couldn't believe it was so simple; I kept thinking "there just has to be more ingredients" - but this is really all it takes. Thank you for the great recipe!
